If you are interested in one of our items on the website you can call or send an email to make an appointment to come to the Stuff & Stories atelier in Amsterdam North. You can then either buy the item at the atelier and take it with you, or have the item delivered by us. Delivery costs depend on your address and the size of the item, within Amsterdam we charge a standard 20€ tariff. Outside of Amsterdam we charge 0,40 cents per km. Purchases are processed through bank transfer or by (credit) card payment (Pin) in our atelier.

Shipping abroad and return policy

In case you are living abroad we are happy to ship the item to you. Send us an email, call or use the contact form at the bottom of this page, about your preferred item. We will then get in touch with you and supply you with the necessary details about payment, shipping, shipping address, etc. Once all formalities have been dealt with we will send the item through DHL or DPD to your address.

Returns are only accepted if the item misrepresents the listed item on our website. Stuff & Stories aims to restore every piece to its original beauty and condition. Every effort is also made in stating the true state of every item when full restoration was not possible. Concerns about this must be reported a.s.a.p. upon delivery to Stuff & Stories by email. The item must then be delivered back to us in the same condition as when it was purchased. Return shipping and insurance costs are at the expense of the buyer.
