Delivery in the Netherlands

After purchase, we will contact you by email to make an appointment when delivery is most convenient. In Amsterdam we deliver your purchase ourselves and there are no additional costs involved. We also help with installing (attaching table legs, etc.) the furniture.

For the rest of the Netherlands we use Brenger and the costs are the rates that Brenger charges. Your purchase is insured during transport through Brenger.

Lighting is sent via PostNL at PostNL rates.

Delivery abroad

Delivery in the EU is done by Magic Movers, a specialized Polish furniture transporter that delivers throughout Europe. The following examples show approximately what this costs. A sideboard with dimensions 110bx45dx76h that needs to be delivered in Hamburg costs €150. A desk with dimensions 115wx65dx78h to Paris costs €150. A coffee table with dimensions 90x65x50 to Madrid costs €185.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days in the event the item does not meet your expectations. Vintage Designs aims to restore every piece of furniture and return it to its original condition. Every effort is made to photograph the actual appearance of the piece of furniture and exhibit it in our webshop, even if the restoration has not been completely successful. Complaints must be made by e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the furniture and in any case within 4 calendar days. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The piece of furniture must be wrapped in at least two layers of furniture bubble wrap.
