Delivery in the Netherlands

After purchase, we will contact you by email to make an appointment for the best time for delivery. In Amsterdam, we will deliver your purchase ourselves and there are no additional costs involved. We will also help with the installation (attaching table legs, etc.) of the furniture.

For the rest of the Netherlands we use Brenger and the costs are the rates that Brenger uses. Your purchase is insured during transport via Brenger.

Lighting is shipped via PostNL at PostNL rates.

Deliveries abroad

Deliveries in the EU are carried out by Magic Movers, a specialised Polish furniture transporter that delivers throughout Europe. The following examples show the approximate costs. A sideboard with dimensions 110bx45dx76h that needs to be delivered in Hamburg costs €150. A desk with dimensions 115bx65dx78h to Paris costs €150. A coffee table with dimensions 90x65x50 to Madrid costs €185.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days in case the item does not meet your expectations. Vintage Designs aims to restore each piece of furniture and bring it back to its original condition. If the furniture has not been restored, this will also be stated by means of the indication 'condition: original'. Every effort is made to photograph the actual appearance of the furniture and to exhibit it in our webshop, even if the restoration has not been completely successful. Complaints must be made known by e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the furniture and in any case within 4 calendar days. Return costs are for the account of the buyer. The furniture must be packed in at least two layers of furniture bubble wrap.
