A chest of drawers with 4 spacious drawers measuring 85w x 45d and 50h.
A desk with 2 drawers, dimensions are 85cm wide x 40cm deep.
And 4 wall rails with a layer of teak veneer on the aluminum so that they match perfectly with the other wood, 2 rails are a bit darker in color. The height of 3 wall rails is 192cm and 1 has a length of 224cm.
The whole is in very good condition with only some light scratches. The desk has some scratches and two small repaired spots on the left drawer that are barely visible. Everything has been cleaned and oiled and is ready for use. And the whole can be arranged completely according to your own insight. It is very easy to hang a cabinet or shelf in a different place through the ingenious hanging system and you can arrange everything as you want as can be seen in the first 3 photos.
Danish designer Kai Kristiansen (1929-2023) opened his own studio at the age of 26 in the Danish modern style, in which he preferred to work with beautifully combined teak and rosewood materials. His modular FM Reolsystem, which he designed in 1957 for Feldballe Møbelfabrik, became a worldwide success, just like that of Poul Cadovius.
